Cereal?
No, I have a smoothie in the mornings:

Half an apple (green, preferably Granny Smith)
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
4 frozen strawberries
1 cup raw oatmeal (or grapenuts, if you prefer... I hate grapenuts, though)
1/2 cup Pink Grapefruit Juice (substitute for another juice if you like)
A couple ice cubes

... blend until smooth, drink before it settles... You'll be full until lunch at noon if you're me.
The apple can be subsitituted with a banana, or freeze the apples overnight, add the banana, and skip the ice altogether. Also know that I am NOT a small person, so YOU might be able to cut that all in half and still be fine.
