Well, the time has finally come for me to let go of my car. I just don't have the time/money/place/tools to keep working on her. So I'm hoping there's somone out there that can give her a better home than I can.

A bit on the cars history.

I purchased this car from a friend after my old 240sx got totaled in 04. The SR was already installed and many of the engine mods were already done. Since then I've done a few small adjustments. However since moving into a new Apartment I could not afford to keep the car up. So I had it in storage for a bit before bringing it back to my apartment parking lot. During the time it was there (about a year) it was broken into once. The kids who broke into the car stole the head unit and boost and A/F guages on the A pillar and my Apexi Boost controller.

I've since replaced the turbo coolant return line which was leaking a bit and in doing so I had the motor compression tested. Everything checked out perfect and I can provide documentation if needed (Just need to call the shop and get the printout).

Price: $9500

Yep, that was his car. I remember when we drove up to get it, ended up driving back to virginia in the middle of a thunderstorm..that was NOT fun.

Feel free to PM or email me if you have any questions or want to make an offer.

Thats what the car looked like on those wheels before the paint job. I couldn't stand having the mustang symbol on each wheel :p

Anyways, taking all reasonable offers..this car needs to go!

Thanks a lot Jed! I have plenty of time to waste 100 in gas and a day of my life to drive 5 hours to look at this car just to find that it is a rust bucket!!! Leas you could do was give me some gas money but didnt, o well. If there is Karma it will catch up to you!

This car is a rust bucket and if it was just a shell i wouldn't take it for free. His excuse is that its a 10 year old car... well guess what its not an excuse to lie your way in to getting me to come there. Asked specifically if this car was clean under and rust condition. He even said he had it up on a rack and it looked clean.BS it nearly has holes under rear seat floorboard!!!!

This guy used to be a body shop manager so no way he "overlooked" it b/c he didnt knwo any better!!!!

I'm sorry you wasted your time in coming up to check out the car. I'm even more sorry that your demeanor in seeing the car was such that I refused to sell it to you or even work with you to find a solution that both of us were happy with.

Fact of the matter, with all the demands you made and all of the price breaks you were trying to get, I should have refused the sale to you before you even made your way up here. But I decided against better judgment and tried to address your many concerns and demands you placed before agreeing to purchase the vehicle.

In the end, had you had not had such an attitude or demanded "gas" money from me I would have been more than happy to explain the few small spots on the car that contained superficial rust (the rear seat floorboard you saw were from the bolts on the sparco seatbelt btw, not the floorboard itself), and I would have been more than happy working out a deal with you. But frankly after meeting you and seeing your attitude I knew right off the bat that you weren't the right buyer for this car.

At the price you were given you seemed to have expected a perfect car, I'm sorry to break it to you but you'd be hard pressed to find a 13 year old car without a spot of rust on it unless you buy from a dry climate state like Arizona. I provided you honest anwsers to each and every question you asked, even to the point of taking specific pictures of what you asked for, providing you with receipts of work done on the car and explaining in great detail every modification that was done to it.

As I said, I'm sorry you feel as though you've wasted your time, good luck on your search for the perfect car, I suspect you would be happier with a fresh built shop car, however you would probably have to spend quite a bit more money than what I was asking for this car..I do recommend however that you leave that chip on your shoulder at home before you go out to purchase a vehicle, I guarantee you'll have a better buying experience because of it.

price brakes are irrelevant simply because if you had informed me of the excessive rust i wouldn't even consider this car regardless of the price PERIOD. you misrepresented the car there is no excuse for it.

I'm not going to sit here and argue with you. So this will be my last post on this subject. I provided everything you asked for and then some even to the point of including free parts for the car that I could have otherwise sold for profit. I let you know everything about the car including the few trouble spots and provided pictures of everything that can be seen.
