z32 commemorative edition

Hey Im a newbie to this forum, and I was wondering if anybody knows the differences or added options that a 96 300 zx commemorative edition has that a normal one doesn't? besides the little metal plaque and the Z emblem floor mats i already know about. and do any 300 zx N/A come with an lsd or vlsd.

      I'm asking cause a friend of mine is looking to buy a 96 300zx N/A #215 of 300, or a 95 300zx N/A with slightly better interior, both the same price. Thanks in advance.
