Product is the same as any other Chinese shit ppl are buying/selling on eBay. It's not good, but just mediocre. Only thing I've gotten from TC Sportline is their strut bars and for a 1/3 of the going rate on eBay too.
Get SPL Parts instead. Durable, great build quality, and track tested on plenty of our cars. I have their RUCAs and they're A+ pieces.

UGH! :duh: This topic has been covered recently. TC sportline is not that good of quality. Check out battle version, peak performance, and SPL. SPL has had some issues with their bearings in the past, but that problem had been addressed on their version2 arms according to Kuah.

contrary to what everyone on here says...ive been running TCSportline/CTune multilink arms and strut bars for YEARS (the set im on now ive had for the last 2 1/2 years...the set i had on my first 2 sileightys i had for over 2 years as well...and they were the old designs that were painted)...they work fine...never had a problem with em...they hold up to track abuse and daily driving

THE CHEAPEST I would go is Powertrix. I had their tension rods and RUCA back when they had the stupid 'zirk' fittings on them and they held up for a couple years til I sold that car. I think Powertrix arms evolved to better rod ends now. who knows?
personally, I run, Tein in front, BV/PBM in rear.

Who said that josh? Yea tc is mad cheap dude. If you break em its easy to get another set and there down the street from you. But Battle Version is what I always reccomend super good shit

Look guys, even the e-gay arms are almost certainly not going to break. It is the bearings that are the issue. Most companies use cheap bearings that are a bit loose to begin with and only get worse over time. WHENEVER you are shopping for suspension arms the bearings that they come with should be the PRIMARY concern.

How are the cusco bearings out of curiousity? I've never heard them mentioned in any of these threads recently.

Pretty much any of the high-end japanese arms have AWESOME bearings! The japanese tend to use better bearings than the american companies. In my opinion the battle version arms have the best bearings of any of the US manufacturers.

to the OP, you should search. Topic is covered almost weekly.
This is zilvia. you get the same negative responses when it comes to:
1) rotas/ sportmaxs
2) ebay/ chinese suspension.
I thought that was already a given :loco:

Powertrix is rebadged TC sportline, TC sportline also manufacturers in Taiwan for Dmax. Current TC sportline products are using the same self lubricating spherical ends that all the bigger names use now. Fact is this almost all the stuff short of Battle Version is manufactured in Taiwan its just a matter of who has better quality control. Whats really funny is the to see some of these people ripping on knock off rucas and then running Rota's or Sportmax's on their cars. Can we say hypocritical?
These are just the facts folks I don't represent anyone but myself.

I dont think one manufactures for the other I think they just both buy the same cheap stuff from the same factory. If people only knew where there "high quality" parts came from they would flip

Trust me there is a contract. LOL but ya in effect your partially correct because quit often these factories back door their overrun to other companies as well.

I run TC sportline stuff....its decent. Got a few curbs...some dirt drops...no noise, still good.
Just buy it from Ctune. Its usually cheaper from Ctuneracing ;)
