How much Cusco upper front and rear strut bars retailed for for an S14? A friend of mine had the front installed on his s13 when he bought it, and the owner gave him a shit ton of parts to go with the car, like a new clutch, whiteline sway bars, etc... and another, cheaper set of strut bars. Turns out the rear is for an s14 and s15 (according to the original tags on the package...) and so he gave me the front and rear for free. WEWTS for freebies.

No, I'm not gonna sell em. I'm puttin em on my s14. And I'm not giving him a BJ. He's giving em to me because of how much work I do on his car. Within the last month we've changed and bled all his brake calipers, pads, rotors, pulled his motor (oil pump failure), I fiberglassed some tweeter pods for him, helped him diagnose some suspension troubles (which we are fixing today)... pretty much guided him through a ground up rebuild of the car. This next week we're putting the motor back in, putting in his Whiteline sway bars, and a bunch of other stuff.

LOLS. Not all is good though... have you ever tried to put a rear upper strut bar on an s14? From what I can tell, its gonna be a huge pain in the ass. Why couldn't it just be easy like an s13 is?

Wow. Took some skill to get that bitch bolted in the rear, but she's secure, and wow what a difference.

I pay a lot of attention to my car. I feel a difference changing my tire pressures by 5 pounds.

Not to mention you drive around Louisiana while driving the shit out of your car. When I put coilovers on my S14 everything I changed on my car was instantly noticeable from that day on.

LOL I do drive the everliving shit out of my car. Our roads suck. It seems much more stable on the interstate now. Even on that shitty section of I-10 westbound going through new orleans.

MS roads with my S14 were pretty painful, I drive it like I stole it unless it's raining. In the rain I just try to live, haha.

I'm bald up front, so yeah the rain is... interesting. I find that when I do a little rain drifting now, when I come out of the drift, the rear of the car doesn't 'snap' like it used to. When dry drifting, the ass end could get kinda violent. Seems like the strut bar has tamed it a bit.

just kind of off topic sort of.... I can tell night and day difference with a rear tower bar in my S14.
