any know anything about these.They seem like a projector type bricks headlight.I seen these on another car in a magazine to.

They have been modified with clear covers. Supermade makes them as well as a few other small Japanese companies. They just pop off the OEM glass and glue on the clear plastic cover. Not sure if they do anything with the bulb housings tho...
