Running S13 in TX for $!500 or less

The title says it all. I want minimal rust, and no frame damage. It's going to be a track car so a complete interior is not really a concern as long as it has full drivers seat, passenger seat, and all that is required to operate the vehicle. I know that this is a lot to ask but I'm on a tight budget. I have a feeling I'm about to get :Owned:

it's supposed to be 1500 but I got a little carried away haha. I don't care if I have to put some work in it but I need to be able to drive the car. It will be a daily for a little while, then a track car later.
