I have gotten numerous emails asking for the install, so I just created the page.
If anyone has anything to add to it, that I left out, let me know. I was going off memory for something that I did like 5 months ago.
Finally, this was MY setup, and, as I wrote in the page, if you use different stuff, your setup will differ. Please don't email me telling me I did something wrong. Because my car runs perfectly on MY setup.
Anyway... as always, my site is:
