Many kanji integrate katakana characters as part of the character. Personally I don't know what it means with the su there, but there ya go.

It literally says, it has been fixed and everything else is ok. Its just writting like crap and you guys are just speculating what it is says cause of the angle. He number is probably container number and the other thing is probably inspection. We import cars all the time and stuff is written on the cars all the time because usually importers contract out to dismantlers and the dismantlers do about 50 cars a day and they write which part goes into which container on which import sheet. They want to make sure it goes to the write place and sometimes things are messed up so the swap parts out too.... No biggy
