Why doesn't anyone mass produce sliders for reclineable brides, that sit super low? Not everyone wants to rock full bucket seats, but then again, I don't want my knees to hit my steering wheel with my non bucket. I really love bride seats, and want to get them, but they sit so damn high. I mean, i'm sure someone can make a killing, making custom fabbed sliders.

I'm not sure. I think Nagisa makes, but they are for buckets. I had bride rails, and my seats sat high as hell. Keep in mind, i'm only 5'8", and I couldn't even turn my steering wheel, without the wheel rubbing on my knees.

wtf? why are the seats so high ???? whats the lowest possible seat rail you can buy ?? im 6 / 6'1 .. this will suck for me if i get a bride lol.. anyone know if recaros sit lower?

I have a Brix on a Bride rail. Seems fine to me.

Am I just naive to sitting so high, or have I missed the point?
I thought Bride seats on Bride rails sat low.

i also use a bride rail and i set lower than my passenger. maybe you arent looking at the right thing.

bride seats have super low seat rails and also a low cushion option. you HAVE to sit super low in them

does anyone realize its the same reason you can't sit super low in buckets. its because of the stupid hump for the cat. if the floor were to be flat like most ff cars where the exhaust goes down the center. it wouldn't be a problem. take a cue from some other people mount it solid on the floor itself. the lowest you can ever sit. done and done.

I haven't seen this anywhere else - but c2auto has the following image on their site:

Looks like a reclinable seat that uses side mount rails... It says "Hybrid Reclinable" That would sit pretty nicely I think?
