I came across NICO and one member stated that Spec-V rotors can be used with the Q45 calipers. Reason I ask is I have a 4 lugger and looking not to drill holes. Also another member said Altima rotors work as well. Can some please verify this. Thanks in advance.

i just checked from this dealer they said sentra spec-v rotors are 280mm that makes it the same as q45 rotors. So yup they work!

there the same lug pattern right?
i need the same thing.
i think i might go to autozone ask for the Q45 rotor and compare it with different year altimas rotor.

Nope Altima rotor's are to skinny 22mm vs Q45 28mm

No it doesn't look at the above person I quoted and my answer but this is assuming that spec v rotors aren't 28mm..

so what your sayings is the only thing that will fit a Q45 caliper is the Q45 rotor?
hmmm... what coincidence:cj:
so i guess theres no other alternative then to drill

or if you are lazy like me and have worn pads you can use 300zx tt front rotors, but if you have new pads they are too wide

Re-drilling is not a huge deal. If you have a drill, some lube oil, and a spare tire it's a 30 min ordeal (3 holes per rotor, using the spare as a 'stencil'). Or take it to a machine shop and pay $50 or so.
Then when you go 5lug, you won't have to swap rotors :)
