to start off...i used to have a 97gsr. i decided that i wanted to try something a little different so i bought a 95 240sx. i have been reading a lot, and getting as much info as possible, but i still need help. if anyone has any useful info about swapping an s15/s14 silvia engine, or diagrams, just anything at all, i would greatly appreciate your input, feel free to leave me a message, or email me below with the info. thanks

Glad to hear you dropped that GSR for a '95 S14. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>
The quickest response SOME people will give you is to do a search, but I'm telling you to checkout the archives and advanced forum section of FreshAlloy (http://forums.freshalloy.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php) and ask newbie questions in their Basic section. You'll get better responses then some over here. I could drop you off with some more info, but right now I think I'm inviting myself to get flamed.
Ask the guys at Heavy Throttle (http://www.srswap.com) for some advice, tips or questions not posted on their site.
edit: If your looking for a swap, do not go for the S15 motor. It will require custom work and most of the stock parts (i.e. turbo) you'll get rid of once you go for upgrades. If you have the $$$ go for the S14 motor, I hear its the easiest to install in a S14 and is close to the S13 once you disconnect the VTC....however you will still have that extra HP.
