spark plug gap

i have a black top running about 18-19 psi i changed the plugs for sum reason it bogs in the lower gears first second some of third i know its because of the gap cause i put old plugs in and it ran fine but the old plugs are so shitty i dont want to go by there gap can some one please tell me what gap these plugs should be at i have them at lik 0.29-0.30

To help the technical aspect of the conversation; set spark gap smaller as you increase boost. The higher inlet pressures tend to blow out a longer spark flame. I gap all my high boost engines at .25-.28. Oh yea, I only use copper too. They are cheap and have a colder range.
