so how can i build up my rep power?
and where can i upload pics to the gallery?

There it a thread on rep questions in the technical support/forum suggestions section and you have to be a premium member to create a picture gallery. Prepare to have this thread closed and hopefully you will not be flamed. SEARCH! All the answers are out there.
