You can post pics, videos, or discuss past and upcoming events. People in the area that are interested in jumping into an event, but are unsure of where to get info, can probably find help here.

we were there for like 3.5 hours and we drifted so much my car was sputtering in the corners because i was low on gas!!!

Drift button you say? Funny that you mention that Mark cuz a few of the guys at the last touke event were asking me how do I drift and they said "Oh, you probably have a button you press in your car that makes it instantly drift..."

I thought about it at first and then admitted to having one...... NOT!!!

ALERT!!! ALERT!!! THESE FOOLS ARE SCAMMERS!!! I had no idea how to drift so i promptly purchased one of these from TrollMark and they just sent me some stupid metal cap that goes over the EBrake Button. PUSHING THE BUTTON DOES NOTHING. I was getting bored and proposed the idea one late night in a hotel room with 2 beds, and 3 asian boys that were all 10 years younger than me.

I figure a little competition will wake people back up. Willow Springs Balcony course only keeps me interested for so long.

Since TOUKE also rents the space as much as us 626DRIFT guys do. They were my natural target. And its alot safer to have an ontrack battle than a actual touge battle. I dont want any kiddies getting hurt trying to race me :)

I'm an on-track whore- El toro, Willow springs, etc.... anywhere they have a sanctioned drift event, I try to be there as my schedule permits and as my fundage allows.

As for off track- don't really do that anymore (unless you count freeway onramps/offramps/transitions)...was once in a line of about 13 cars on a touge run where 2 corollas went off the mountain. Luckily both drivers survived....

(*NOTE*: The drift button need not be something tangible that is external but more of an "internal button" called the "I believe I can drift button" you press....haha)

This area has mountain roads galore...Rice Canyon, Rainbow Canyon, De Luz, La Cresta and more....
