I found a car that I'm going to use to build a Locost se7en out of.
Here's some history about the project:
The Lotus 7 was a very good and unique sports car... bla bla bla
fast forward to now... and now people make home made kit cars out of them.
This is what I will build:

And I'll be building it outa this:

The second owners affectionately named the car "Sammy." Not sure why, but I think it'll keep it that way.
Its a 1985 300ZX non turbo 5 speed, that I picked up for $400.
The car runs like a champ, no valve ticking or knocking. The car is a northern car, the owners moved to FL a few years back, so it has a lot of rust under it.
The car needed a clutch Master Cylinder, and so the car has been sitting for years. I got a new battery and it fired right up. Needless to say I was very pleased.
The plan is to pull all of the vital components out of the car and place them into a the homebuilt frame of a se7en.
The build will probably take some serious time, but it will be fun nonetheless.
