It was fun meeting. Hoped there would be more 240s. . Toyota dominated parking spaces. AE86, Celica, Supra, and Mr2. Also, Subaru, Honda, Mits and VWs.. Made me feel my car was a piece of shit. Good to see many cars though.

Bleh... We didn't even go to Mount Hamilton. In fact I have no idea what happened after the "potluck". I waited at MTSS but Al and everyone else never showed up. Ah well. At least I got to play the Initial D arcade at SJSU with some of the other people who were waiting. :P

Dunno about anyone else's video but I took some footage at the 6th meet but after reviewing it it wasnt really worth making into a video. My friends and I got there late and didnt stay long cuz we were up till 5am that morning installing an sbcid in my friends wrx :\ 4hrs of sleep isnt fun. I took some good footage of the meet yesterday though so i guess ill make a vid of it. I thought the meet yesterday was pretty successful. Lots of nice (as opposed to rice) cars there and (most) everyone conducted themselves maturely. I was dissapointed there was no drive afterwards but such is life. So many asians at both meets, my little white boy self feels out of place &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/lookaround.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':look:'>

Hey! I was there too. I was the other black 240. (98) I also got there kinda late. Then i went to JakindaBox to get somethin to eat, come back to Logitech and everyone was gone, so i (and my passenger) went to Mt. Hamilton myself and drove up and down it. Yeah, not many people were there by the time i found it. Man, some parts of that road are a little scary.

I heard about the fremont meet from some friends but didn't get to go because I was busy with things going on at home. &nbsp;And I didn't really want to drive on 880 so many times on a weekend because I live in Oakland and go to school at SJSU. &nbsp;I get sick of that freeway.....

I've only been on Mt. Hamilton Rd at night twice and it's a decent road to drive on. &nbsp;Pretty rough and bumpy, but lots of corners...really narrow too...never drove all the way to the top though because it's just too long to do at night

I guess you're one of the people I should thank for bringing the cops. &nbsp;I got to waste my time explaining to two different cops why we were there. &nbsp;And the 2nd cop was even nice enough to bust my balls for about 20 minutes and then make very thinly veiled threats of getting me fired from my job because I was one of the organizers and I was the one that got the Logitech parking lot lined up.

That's the kind of shit that we announced twice during the day NOT to do. &nbsp;And this was posted on most of the sites that announced the meet:
Since this will be at a friend's company's location, there will be absolutely no burnouts, donuts, reckless driving, or any irresponsible behavior that may cost us this location. Remember, this is in FREMONT.

I guess it doesn't mean anything now since it's all over, but it pisses me off that some people have to screw it up for others.

I'm still in the process of getting my car fixed. I had ordered a carbon fiber hood but it was damaged during shipping. Supposedly the shipping company is still looking into it to see what to do about it. I just got a replacement headlight tonight. That'll be needed for lining things up when the bent radiator core support and metal bumper get pulled out. But with the hood dented downward, as you can see in the pic, it'll get in the way of the headlight. I have to wait for stupid Yellow Freight to decide what they're gonna do about my damaged carbon fiber hood before I can do any repairs on the car. -_-;

I know how it feels... I sent my paintball gun back to the company, and when they sent it back, UPS lost the package. So I had to wait like a month for UPS to pay for the new paintball gun. And then I had to wait a couple more weeks for them to send it to me.
