Model cars?

Anyone on here make model cars and such? My gf just picked up a kouki S14 autech model for me that I'm going to be making soon. Oh she also got me some LM GT4's to match my real car. Anyone have some advice on how to paint/lower it?

I had an Aoshima D1 2006 Vertex Ridge TE3006 Soarer, discontinued, and too lazy to make them..

Paint is pretty easy, i recommand Tamiya for the paint. not sure how to lower it.. but maybe you can just cut the spring short... maybe... the cheapest way to lower your car LoL~~

For paint i use spray paint that is made to go onto the plastic material that the models are made of, such as Tamiya. For lowering cut the struts/springs. I am not a expert but i do build some every now and then

sweet, i have a s13 coupe and some gold advan rg wheels on the way. hopefully I can make it look exactly how i want mine to be.

I can't just cut the struts I've looked at the setup they've given me and it won't permit. I think I might've figured it out though, I'll work on it and show you guys some progress.

I would also like to see pics of the cars you guys have made :)

Your friend is nuts. I don't want to do something THAT extreme, but I want it to be nice. Probably the only serious model I will ever make besides my huge gundam that was like $200...
