Well..
im thinking of selling the extra s13 i have and my daily to get either a Z33 or AP1 or AP2..

I can handle the payment since im purchasing it used..
but im a bit worried about the insurance payment.

im 20, male, asian(if that matters), no tickets, one at fault minor accident..

anyone on here similar to my position and have either of the two cars??
I ran a geico rate and AP2 (05') came out to be $340/mo...

whoever got these cars, post up!

this should be in regional.

insurance rates vary by location.

Insurance on an S2000 for me was prohibitively expensive, but I live in a high insurance area with one criminal speeding ticket on my record. I'm talking around $400/mo with decent coverage. I pay $150/mo with the same coverage on my Land Cruiser now, the 240 was around $90/mo.

.

asian(if that matters)

Ha! If only insurance companies could charge more depending on race. I'm not sure where you're located but here in california rates are set by car/driving experience/zip code/ and driving record. Should be pretty easy to give your local companies a call and get a quote.

ssn? Wtf? where are you??? Maybe as a verification of identity? I'd ask and wouldnt' give it out until a reasonable explanation was provided.

I think you can set the new car as a weekend car, and the S13 as the daily drive. I think it is better for you to wait for your 21 too, your insurance rate will be lower a little after 21.

California doesn't require SSN, but I know some states require SSN so they can run a credit check. Some states rate your insurance based on your credit.
