converting from ka24de auto to manual ????

what do i need to get to make the conversion complete? do i need a different ecu? im new to the nissan's, i know honda tranny swaps use diff ecu's

you need everything that a 5speed cars has. you can use the auto ecu which does not have a speed limiter or rev limiter.but ihave heard somtimes cold strats are harder with the auto ecu. just search 5speed conversion and youll find what you need.

I dont think you have to change ecu's but I hear the auto ecu on a man transmission takes the speedlimit off and raises the rev limit. So to be safe you probly should.

im sorry i shouldve stated this in my first post, its for a 93 240sx coupe. i see the links are for a s14, will the info in the links be different or the same?
