Fuel Pump No Power ECU No Power Sr Swap Help!

So my friend swapped an SR into his 240, he tried starting it but didn't work so I went over there re did his harness cause it was junk. But still the ECU Doesnt turn on and the fuel pump get no power. So I tried the ECU in my car and it started right up. I tried my wiring in his car and still didn't work. I checked all the fuses and the relays seem to be okay. Can some one help me! Thanks.

That sucks man! After all that work, it turns out its not the harness. Does the rest of the car get any power at all though?
BTW, we need to try your harness in my car to see if it works. If it does, my harness needs to be redone. ;)

Check for Bad wires in the Chassis fuse box area
