yes its real....havent done the ball but similar used to spray cologne on my hand and light it up....it burns the fluid and not your skin...well not right away. this is the samet thing and the ball itself wont get hot...just the high flames comin off it

don't let that shit burn for too long though...

when i was like 15 or 16, i soaked my hand in Ronson lighter fluid and lit it....was cool for like 30 seconds....then it started getting REALLY hot....

still can't grow hair properly on that hand....
