We've had heavy fog the last 24 hours around here, highways shut down and what not, but I haven't seen a pile up this big in awhile.
100 car pile up, killing 2 in Madison.

One thing that US drivers don't do is put on their hazards on to notify drivers behind them to slow down b/c of a sudden traffic jam ahead... not to mention driving 70mph in heavy fog is a seriously bad idea.

I hate the news. They should stop being lazy and count all the cars on the road that have been hit to stop confusion.
I've driven that highway a few times and it is not a slow one.. Many drive 80+ on it.
100 vehicle pilup is nuts.

Damn that blows.
Luckily it was only 2 and not more.
2 is still too many though.

Be even funnier if they all had the same insurance.

I was driving back from my shop in milwuakee to my home south of madison and got stuck in between the 2 pilups when they closed the interstate down. The fog was BAD...i mean u couldnt see a car 20 yards in front of you.
