Street is stupid, but at least down there, there is typically no cars late at night except the ppl drifting. It is pretty open and if the cops really wanted to stop it there is a Koban within earshot of them.

*Edit* You have more of a chance to hit someone in broad daylight than at night down there. I would rather be down there at night, than drive out my front gate at noon.

240trainee, don't get me wrong. I enjoyed the vid and everything. It's just crazy how they drive on the street. Never been so it's just "wow" when I saw that. Still wouldn't want to be driving late at night if that shit's going down though. Then again I am the type of guy who won't do more than 15 mph in a canyon :D

My friend told me some street drifting stories from Japan, and about how they have etiquette for it, it's always an interesting listen, I wish it was like that over here. Recently he was telling us about how a crew of Tourer V guys was making fun of the Ziptied owner dude's JZX behind his back at Family Mart haha.

its fine... just brought it home this past weekend... still working out a fewbugs.... still gotta wire up my rev-limiter.... just sold a turbo kit and im trying to decide if i want to get it painted or get it tuned.... i want a paint job BAD>.. but after jacking up a motor... im driving "gingerly" since i know absolutely jack about how it was tuned (since it was used) *sigh*

mike's jzx compared to his old s14 is quite a different build

more looks and less performance

last I remember hearing about mike's car was in terms of power mod is the tomei manifold he bought for it

I don't see a huge reason to go crazy with performance on those jzx100's

with proper mods you can put down 330whp no problem on stock turbo, and it weights about the same maybe a little less than a 350z
