Need some help with translating Japanese

I dunno WTF it is.. If I knew what it was I might better understand what it's talking about cause my JDM is pretty noob but the checked box says it's Type 2 switch and then it talks about 5 volts going to the on switch but my kanji skillz are non existant so other than that I dunno...

Ill give it my best shot but im far from perfect im sure. Ill go from the top

First line- Normal change switch (you can change between rom tune and normal tune with the switch.)

2nd- 2 type change switch (You can change from 2 data types by switch.)

The first and second big blocks are warnings.

The first ones talking about how if you open the the computer and mess with it you can wipe data. At the battom it says not matter what reason do not attempt to open and service it.


The second paragraph is warning about when you turn it on.
It says "For the switch after the engine has been off for 30 seconds then change it. Also when running there is between 3-5 min period when it wont change."
