well, I did plenty of searches but I always get mixed answers. I have a 95 base 240 w/ 4 lug and I thought I needed the knuckles from the 240 se but I saw on one of the posts that I dont need them? can someone clarify this for me? And since I plan on doing the front z brake upgrade does this list look complete?
1. front z calipers
2. front rotors and hubs from z
3. front new brake lines (do I need new brake lines for the rear too?)
4. rear 5lug rotor & hub from se
5  rear se caliper
6. new tires and rims of course
7. aaaand still wondering if I need the front and rear knuckles from the 5 lug

Any help is appreciated... thanks..

I doubt it's been ask 1 million times, but its up there.
Anyways let me break your set-up down  to you.

1. Z32 calipers
2. Z32 rotors and hubs from an S14 SE, you can't use the 300zx hub on the front , negative.
3. Get the front brake lines, might as well get the rears
4. You can use an SE S14 or a N/A (nonturbo) Z32 REAR hub for the rear.
5. rear SE calipers are the same as base model
6. 5 lug pattern rims, with tires, or without if you want cool sparks.
7.If you have a base S14, keep your front knuckle and just get the SE hubs. You don't need the rear knuckle or whateva.

help is here
