I'm close to repainting my car and I'm trying to decide on a brand of quality paint. I've heard PPG and House of Kolor are pretty good?
Anyone know the specifics on how to order paint from them, do I go to a paint store that supplies the brand and have them order the paint that best matches my current color?
napa carries dupont, that is what I use.

PPG, Dupont, Sikkens, etc. The BIG brands.
All these brands also have cheaper alternatives..[their old formulas]
As in, PPG has Omni. Still good paint.
House of Kolor is good stuff, mostly for custom painters though so it could get a lil pricey.
Ordering paint for dummies:
-Choose color code you want.
<If you want it the same color as your car, look up your color code in your engine bay.
<If you want a new color they usually have color chip books sitting there.
-Walk into the paint store.
-Tell the paint dealer what you want.
<[you can tell him things like... i want something good, but not TOO expensive, or i want the best out there, or the cheapest shit you got]
<he will work with you.
-Buy the paint.

Yeah I think this can be one of those painter preference things but, DuPont has really awesome stuff and PPG does too...in my opinion of course.
