1. Ok I put my head unit back in after dissambling it to put it another car. I think I had this problem before but I can't remember. Ok well the head unit doesn't turn on and I was just going to run a hard line from the battery if I can't figure out anything else. I checked all the fuses and they look fine - notably the accessory/dome light one seems to be fine but for some reason the dome light(could be the bulb) and head unit won't go on. The cigarette lighter fuse blew out so I put a new one in for that. And the Audio fuse looks fine. Any other suggestions? Maybe a loose connection or something or just screw it and run a hard line?
2. My fuel tank developed a couple of holes in it so I dropped it and put a new one. Now the problem is getting the tank back up. I got the one strap all the way on but the other one will not bolt up no matter how hard I try. Is there any trick to this? I was thinking about using another bolt a little longer and just putting that up there to see if that works. Just tighten it all the way down - it's the bolt by the back end of the car on the driver side by the way. I got the other side on by using a motorcycle jack and pushing it up there.
Thanks in advance.

Make sure your radio is grounded directly to the chassis. The OEM radio harness doesn't have a ground wire; the OEM radio is grounded via the bracket.

I figured out the radio thing. The only reason it wasn't working was because the antenna adapter was loose so I fixed it and now it's happy. It be awesome if somebody could help me with the gas tank thing. Thanks in advance everybody.

Here's a write up I did on another forum. May be of some help:
-Begin by jacking the rear of the car and supporting it on jackstands.
-Fold back rear cargo area carpet.
-Remove the plates that cover the fuel pump and electrical connector.
-Unplug the connector.
-Open fuel door and remove cap and rubber surround ring (there is a single bolt holding the filler neck in place that you need to access in there that can only be seen with the rubber ring removed).
-Remove the bolt holding the filler neck in place
-Support the gas tank with a jack and a 2x4 or equivalent (makes it easier to lower the tank).
-Remove the rear bolt on the tank strap on the driver's side (may have to use a breaker bar and WD-40 or PB Blaster on older bolts).
-Remove the front bolt on the tank strap on the passenger side.
-Remove the rubber/plastic shield in the front of the tank (if your car has mudflaps, you may need to remove the right rear mudflap, as it hinders the removal of the tank shield).
-Lower the tank an inch or two with the jack.
-Remove the three hoses that go from the fuel pump/tank to the front of the car (find replacement hoses at your local autoparts store).
-At this point, you can lower the tank out of the car.
-Swap over your fuel pump to the new tank (good time to install a new pump).
-Follow the above steps in reverse order to install the new tank.

I did the same thing with my tank, I wish I had your write up first LoL. I realized there was no way to remove the passenger front bolt so I just went with the back one. I got that side bolted up fine but the drive side strap shifted just a little and the bolt won't reach any more so I figure I'm just going to get a slightly longer bolt (it's only off about an inch) and then tighten it down like that and see if that works to hold it up there.
