I have several questions, and I have searched and could not find the exact answer to my questions:
1. z32 rotors and brakes, only for the front?
2. What are good big brake upgrades for 240's, got pics?
3. prices of big brake upgrades?
Finally do you believe that it is "rice" to have rims with not so thick, but thin spokes, with big brakes, and colored calipers?
I wish people would stop being so conserned with rice and just do what makes them happy. I think thin spokes look great, some of them...and not only that, generally thinner spokes should aid in brake cooling by allowing more airflow.
1. You can get them front and rear but a) i heard its a pain in the ass and b) you don't really NEED them in the rear.
2. good big brake upgrades would be brembo or AP racing. 4 or 6 piston calipers and 13" rotors <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':0'>
IIRC, 18" rims are required to clear calipers.
3. $2000+
1) what DSC said
2) Also consider people like stoptech, Baer (?), Wilwood (!<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'> etc.
3) if you're just doing fronts, I'd say min. $1,500, and more if you want bigger/better.
