My rear subframe bushings are messed up, a frined told me i can get some aluminum spacers for that.. where can i find these spacerS???

I am using ebay bushings $45 shipped to my door.... car is 10 times stiffer but is also louder going down the road...

how hard iss it to install?? what tools and how many people did u need for help?

u can do it by yourself juan :]
its really easy.

support subframe by diff.
loosen subframe bolts.
drop maybe 1/2"
slide those suckers on.
lift subframe w/ jack
bolt it back up, to tq.

done!

Well, you have to take off the subframe nuts. Not just loosen them. But thats pretty much it. :)

u know i dont have the tools for that, but oh wait... i have a friend named mike that lives around my house that can really be a hero and help a brotha out ONE MORE TIME!!!
for reals man, let me know if u can help me out any day next week after 5 or thursday any time cus im off, let me know asap so i can get the spacers, cool?

Well, you have to take off the subframe nuts. Not just loosen them. But thats pretty much it. :)

I have a set of similar ones on my s14...just the spacers..you will defiently notice more ratttles, bumps, even cracks in the road. or maybe thats due to my coilovers and multi link. I did notice it got rid of the "hoping" in the rear end when launching or even stomping on it from a roll.
