yes i searched on this topic too!, but it came out about people making the displacement bigger for the SR20DET, but im talkin about the KA, anybody made the displacement to a KA25DE or mayb KA26DE..i know making the displacement to KA26 is not good cuz u shouldnt do it so high, but has it been done? is it safe?

in a word: no

the KA was essentially bored/stroked to the limit in the factory

you can bore it .040 over, to do a rebuild, but nothing large enough to really raise displacement...
