as in buying the vin title etc?

I have a way around smog and i was just wondering if it could be done?

i have driven a right hand drive car a while back and i remember the confusion of trying to pass people, but other than the fact its rhd and the headlights are set for that

is it possible?

mx83s are newer so i was thinking it would be harder to buy a vin etc from one. i was talking to my neighboor about his 96 jeep and he bought a vin and title from a very old jeep so he could get around the wheel, frame, and smog requirements for it, i was just wondering if the same concept could be used on legalizing a jzx90 and saying its a cressida.
