okay, hopefully i can get some information here. i tried searching and found several places that sell stuff, but nothing i found made me feel warm and fuzzy. i have this differential and obviously, i need some kind of bushing in order for the bolt to not have any play. i was told that i could simply put flat washers into the existing hole and basically fill it up. this seemed like a good idea, so i bought some washers from a hardware store. but, after seeing some pictures of other diff's and noticed bushings... if i can get a link/picture of whatever i need, or comments about whether or not the washers are a good/bad idea, that would be great.
here is a picture of the skyline differential and how big the space is...
thanks..

Use S14 differential bushings, its the same for that type of diff case.

awesome... u have a picture or link of one by chance without having to spend too much time looking...
and there should not be any kind of issues as to why this would not work on my S13?
:thumbsup:

The S14 differential bushings are only 2 pieces. Here's a couple of pics I just took.

You need 2 of each;
Part No. 5547465F00 X 2 (Top bushing)
Part No. 5547165F01 X 2 (Bottom bushing)
Just change the rear diff cover to your S13 one and it'll bolt up.
Good luck and Happy Thanksgiving. :)

yes those are the ones you need, might as well get poly if your not going to use something solid, now is your rear cover the same as an s13 or is it s14 style, i know that s13 rear covers have 4 studs while s14 have only 2 i believe, if you have the s14 cover you will need to swap it for an s13 one
