97s14 with sr20 blk top.. I have the wiring done its everything else like fuel lines ... Power steering pump.. Simple but I need help.. Also throtle body cable thing doesn't reach .. I really need help..

have you done this kind of install... its just the guy i gave it to didnt do shit...well he did the wiring. and put the motor in but like sed above nothing is connected... i have barely any tools... and barely any cash ,so i can give anyone what little i have.. i just really need the help.. thanks.. and
