Actually the world have enough food supply to support everybody in its current state. It's the basic problem of unequal distribution of these resources that's creating world hunger in certain regions of the world. Developed countries tend to waste alot of these resources because they can afford to overproduce it. The reason why world hunger exists is because the poor countries' currency can't afford to buy developed countries' food supply. No business is going to sell their product for less than the cost to make it.
