Front Light issue

Hey, i was wondering if someone could help me out/has the same prop.  My daytime running lights on the passenger side don't seem to turn on all the way (ie. not noticeably).  When i turn my lights all the way on, the lights work perfect.  So i'm assuming it's a fuse?? this is only on my passenger side and, oh, on a side note... my hi-beam on the passenger side needs to be replaced.  the hi-beam isn't used for the daytime, is it? it's just the H4, right?

Yes, I'm pretty sure this *is* a wiring problem.  The low-beams should come on for daytime running lights but aren't.  This is only on the passenger side.  I actually believe this to be a fuse issue since when the low-beams are fully turned on then both sides work.  I think I have a blown fuse, but I'm not sure which one.  If anyone could help me out I'd greatly appreciate this.
