my pops is a automotive photographer, he went on one of these press junkits for the scion xb, he said all the toyota brass was gettin ragged on for not bringing the JDM model here, and the general consensus in the auto industry is toyota just lost the market with that craptastic car. Great custom build but toyota lost out big time with that glorified minivan they have now.

Did you even bother to read the first post, or look at the pictures?

No, it's FWD. The 9" rear end and custom 4 link are there to make it easier to E-Brake it around a corner. :duh: Also the fact that the V8 bellhousing sits behind the front wheels is for weight balance. It's using a Toyota race boat transmission with an 8 speed gearbox, 6 forward and 2 reverse gears. It's just custom driveshafts that connect the transmission to each of the front wheels seperately. That way you can run one wheel in reverse 2 and the other in forward 6 to do hella crazy FWD donuts.:rl:

Mad props to the engineers for makin this work and their time and energy that made it happen.
