What console? From what I've been reading, there are alot of people have issues with their wireless guitar for the PS2/3s. I downloaded the demo for the 360 and its decent. I got GH2 and I think the song list on the GH3 is great cuz I actually know half the damn songs on it.

It's almost like I'm just hitting notes because they are there, it lost the heart that made the others great.

i agree. i don't enjoy gh3 as much as i do gh2. i also got it for the ps2. i beat the gh3 already and find myself coming back to gh2 more often; the songs are so much better!!

I got it last Friday at Target for my PS2. It was $89.99 for the two guitar bundle with the game. My 13 year old and I have been trying to beat the career mode. Right now we are stuck at the guitar battle at the beginning of the game. It's got 70 songs on it, but I just got it cause I've played it almost every time I go into BB or CC. Plus for the price, it was a good deal.

The guitars for the Wii suck- I played it on the Wii with my friend's guitars (he got 2) and they both sucked ass. I played it on 360 and on PS2, and they don't have the same lag that the Wii guitar does.

Well I have all the GH games but haven't really gotten a chance to play GH3 in career mode. I like the battle option on multiplayer though. Definitely kicks as IMO. As far as game play, I'd say GH3 is a bit harder than GH2 to me but I think the songs are awesome. Solos will be difficult to master on expert, which is all I play. :bow:

It all depends on the gameplay and the way the game is set up. I know it wouldn't be fun for me if I have to play on a non-challenging difficulty if all my other band members suck. Maybe it would be better for me if I play alone and do each individual instrument one at a time.

Haha, exactly. The good thing about GH2 is that in multiplayer two people can play with two different difficulty settings but you still have to unlock the songs in career mode. My wife loves to play too. Hopefully rock band has individual difficulty settings.

what? This must be something from your generation then because 10 years ago when i was your age playing guitar. The whole "no stairway" was because the song was covered by every single garage band, and amature player, and over played on the radio from my parents generation.

Its just progressed from that generation to mine... it has nothing to do with playing ability. Any REAL guitar player or any musician of any type knows you never stop learning. Well, you obviously don't play guitar. Achilles last stand is not complex, it's just long. Black Dog is much more technical.

There is no "hardest" song. With practice and practice, you can play anything on guitar, or guitar hero 3 if you're a fag. :-p
