I'm selling a set of wheels with a perfect offset and fitment for a 4-lug 240SX (http://www.zilvia.net/f/showthread.php?t=161907#). They fit flush, just look at the pictures. No hub-centric rings required because these fit perfectly on 240SX hubs. The tires are very grippy and are still decent in the rain because they are almost full tread depth. They are basically street-race tires.

Any damage to the Wheels? How many heat cycles on tires ---or if AutoX only --how many runs?

No damage at all on the wheels. They are in mint condition. The tires were used last year at a couple autoX events (about 10 runs) then they were used for a track day at Putnam once. I did 3 sessions, so I guess that's another 3 heat cycles. They have plenty of life left in the rubber and good tread remaining. I stored them in a closet over last winter.
