So i bought a GReddy Type-S blow off valve from a guy in texas. Its a legit greddy unit, but unfortunately it came to me without the adjustment screw on top. So before I can put it on my car, I need to somehow find out how, if at all i can fix it.
Does anyone know what size screw/nut or what type of "object" i can use to adjust the bov and keep the vaccum leak from happening?

Your talking about the nut that goes on top? If so you can get the nut and washer from a hardware store. Just bring in the BOV sift through all the nuts and find one that fits.
Which one is it?

call a greddy dealer, ask if he can order, just those parts for you..

personally, I'd just unscrew the top portion, then take it to your local hardware store and just try to fit the correct screw. Its the one that just has the allen key fitment, and no head. then get the nut that fits it. iirc, its about 1-2", not sure, but I'd rather have it bigger than its supposed to be than shorter, it has to push the top of the spring down
