Good:
My main focus for this car was reliability. The v-mount and electrical fan combination do a great job at making sure the car doesn’t overheat. I can literally place my face on the radiator after a few hot laps around the track. The coolant temp never rises over ¼ way on the stock gauge cluster. Engine cranks over every time, even after sitting for weeks at a time. No leaks, Idle is very stable, Compression is good (I will be doing a compression test later on), coolant system is air tight—no bubbles, revs smoothly and freely, Lots of power. Turbo spools quickly and maintains a stable 10psi of boost. Turbo wastegate housing has been ported to prevent boost spikes. Test drive is a must
Bad:
Car currently has a broken ring and pinion, so there is a clunking noise coming from the rear end. I have a s5 rear unit that I was planning on swapping in with a brand new Tomei 2 way lsd once it comes in.
Body is nice, but not perfect (Rear over fenders would solve the majority of the problems).
I’ve invested tons of time and money into this car, and I simply cant afford to continue supporting my project. I estimate I have invested more than 13k into this project, which doesn’t include the countless hours spent working on the car, or the amount of help I received from my sponsor Richards Workshop.
This car is nearly complete, just needs a few things and it would make a very competitive drift car or with some more extensive work, a great race car
I am asking $10,000 or best offer
If someone wants the car for less by means of selecting parts to leave out of the deal, id be willing to work something out and part out the parts not incorporated in the deal.
