I would just sell them

My guess would be that $80 would be almost the cost of that wheel new (if not more)

Or just buy a new wheel

I don't know what brand or model that is though

sell them or you can ask around or just suck it up for the price and get it over with.

if you ask me, rims cannot be repaired........ SAFELY.

if a rim has a bend or crack, its permanently damaged. the grain structure of the metal has been fatigued and it will never be the same. there is absolutely no benefit in attempting to repair the rim, because it will just bend or crack AGAIN later down the road.

wheels are one of those things that need to be perfect. if theyre not, then they're not balanced, not strong, and not safe.

I found this link, makes interesting reading:
http://www.audiworld.com/news/01/wheelrepair/content.shtml

still, there is no mention for metallurgy.. but it really depends what you are using the car for. based on my experience and what i've seen, shops can repair a wheel so that it is round and holds air and such, but ultimately.. the integrity of the wheel has been compromised.

its kinda like a chick thats been abused, they can be repaired but its a shitload of work and its never 100%. always easier just to find a new girl.

haha sorry.... :-)

i fix cracked/bent wheels. we dont do it for less than $125. and yeah, it'll just crack again especially with those wheels. I'll repair those things right into the dumpster.

I wouldnt fix any rim thats cracked, I had my Wats crack, and Azndoc said it wouldnt be the smartest to fix. so try and get some new ones, and dont be an asshole and sell them. they might kill the person you sell them to.
