Alright I am going to be changing my rack and pinion here in a couple of days and was wondering while I have it off is there anything that I should replace that is a must?

I would change out your tie rods if you haven't already decided to do that. Also if you end up pulling the front subframe to get the rack out, install some nismo engine mounts while you're in there. Defintiely easier to get to with the subframe out.

Also if the sub-frame is out.....replace the oil pan gasket...freakin cake this way.

check the lines. I would just replace the low pressure lines. They aren't that expensive. Also, on the s13 there is a bushing on the steering column if you so choose to replace it.

If you want a solid steering bushing do it now.
