I guess I'd prefer someone local since the prices I normally see for these things are anywhere from free-$10 and given weight it would kind of rip me a new asshole on shipping. No offense, just $50 is way more than I'm looking to spend when an ebay tubular with bracket reinforcements and good welds goes for 75 shipped.
