I'm selling my car so this turbo kit has to go. I pieced everything together over this last winter after doing a ton of research. I wanted something that would make good power but spool fast as well. It's a great setup and has proven to be very powerful and very reliable at the same time. On a stock block and only 8PSI it put down 257HP and 261TQ to the rear wheels. For comparison, a N/A KA put down 108HP on the same dyno and a similar modded SR20DET on 12PSI put down 240HP.
I would really like to sell the kit as a complete setup including engine management because everything works so well together, but I will break it down into hard parts and electronics with an option for the E-manage Ultimtate.

Hard Parts: $1800 ::
-Garrett GT28R dual ball bearing turbo - about 500 miles since ATP Turbo replaced the seals and wheels (have paperwork). Always water cooled and turbo timed.
-Earl's stainless oil feed / water lines
-XS power bottom mount turbo manifold - No cracks or problems ever.
-Megan Racing turbo outlet / 02 sensor housing
-Megan Racing downpipe with flexpipe - Made for Sr20, modified to fit this perfectly
-All required adapters (oil feed block and turbo fittings, restrictor, coolant fittings for turbo and engine, oil return fittings)
-Oil pan tapped for return with hardware
-S15 turbo inlet adapter
-Piping for inlet
-Air filter and MAF sensor delete
-Intercooler
-Custom aluminum hotpipe. Bolts directly to turbo
-Tial BOV
-Cold side pipe with air temp sensor installed
-All silicon couplers and good clamps
-Deatschwerks 550cc fuel injectors (with flow reports)
-Heatshield for brake master cylinder
-Brand new set of NGK plugs

Electronics: $450 ::
Greddy Profec type S electronic boost controller
Greddy electronic boost gauge
Greddy electronic oil pressure gauge
Apexi Turbo Timer

E-manage Ultimate: $600 :: It's already tuned and ready to go for this setup. Just wire it in and that's it. If you want to run a MAF, it's a simple change. If you want to keep it running speed density, the MAP sensor it uses is the one running the boost gauge, so you will have to buy that as well.
If someone wanted everything I can do a package deal of $2700. This is every single thing you need to turbo a KA24DE the right way. You won't need to buy spark plugs, fittings, bolts or anything else. No waiting for parts to come in and then realizing they are not compatable. No welding pipes, BOV flanges, oil returns or anything like that. 100% complete and ready to bolt on and go. NO TUNING REQUIRED!

The turbo kit is still currently installed in the car but will be removed in the next few days. I can get better pics of individual components after they are removed.

No it's on the right way, they just stamped it upside down

I figured there would be a lot more interest in this kit. It is literally EVERYTHING you need to turbo the car the right way. You don't have to worry about tapping and welding your oil return because I'm including the pan. You don't have to run around looking for misc fitting for your oil feed or water lines, gaskets, nuts, bolts, etc because I've already done it for you!
Here is a video of the car in action with the turbo: http://s57.photobucket.com/albums/g211/mtmetzger/?action=view&current=MOV01769.flv
