ok first of all it does fit u just gotta move the studs around
no2 that is the reason why u would already want to put a 300zx subframe its because it wider ...bigger stance...
ive seen it done..just never seen the under fnished job...thats why i was inquiring

'Fit' is a very loose term. With enough work anything will fit, but why? Yes, it does fit if you either remove the subframe bushings completely and produce offset bushings which ride up against the subframe's collars, or cut the mounting studs off, drill/tap an inch further out, and use new mounting bolts from the bottom and hope like hell the rear crossbox doesn't tear out.
Either method involves a load of custom fabrication and the benefits are absolutely pointless, especially when you can mount wider wheels or use spacers. The Z32 subframe itself is no better or stronger than what you have.
