Those look like KICS, and they should have come with a tool to tighten them down.
Like this:

Those gold colored nuts go over your stock bolts, then your wheel bolts to the ones extending from the spacer.

that tool doesn't look strong enough to torque them down properly, but I suppose looks can be deceiving.

It is the tool that comes with them, so it must be strong enough.
I haven't had problems with mine. Granted my car hasn't seen any crazy track days, but I've checked them on quite a few occasions since installing them and they haven't loosened.

Find someone local with KICS spacers and borrow theirs?
Talk to a KICS dealer and see if they have an extra?

i was never able to find the key itself.. i just order 17mm 12x1.25 lug nuts. forgot the overall height of them.. ordered them from summit.
I've also seen people "chop" the top of lug nuts so they sit flush.

You might get away using regular lug nuts. It all depends on your rims. Some rims have divots/openings on them so rim will still sit over the spacers even tho the studs/nuts are sticking out a bit.

When ever cutting anything with threads, you're supposed to put on a nut, then cut it and then unscrew the nut, it'll deburr the part that was just cut. It's most likely going to be a pain in the ass getting a lug nut on that stud now.

You don't have to necessarily buy all new studs. Try taking a small file like a rat-tail file and smoothen out the threads that were cut. I did a quick Google search and it seems like there are other people who need them too. Maybe contact an import site that sells Kics spacers?

Am I seriously the first person who is worried by the fact that you thought about hand-tightening a set of lug nuts?

OMG!! if they have a key like that, don't buy them. keys like that sucks ass!! i was working on a old-school (coool as hell) and it had 2 wheel locks like that on each wheel. lets just say i had to break off the wheel lock b/c the key fucked up. and breaking off the wheel locks on expensive wheels is very hard b/c you can put a huge dent/scratch so easily
