1990 S-13 traded in on the weekend i can get it for about 1100. only problem its auto same problem i have with my s-14. Is it a good price?? sounds good looks good drives good.. Is it worth getting and doing a trans swap

need more info. i bought my s13 hatch for 2000 flat. no rust on the car and bone stock everything so i think i got a good price

I bought my:

1991 s13 hatch SE
w/ all factory parts and gadgets ( minus wheels )
67,000 original miles
with aftermarket wheels

for $1500

so depending on the information you failed to give, there might be a better deal out there.

Low prices aren't always the ones you want if your going to daily it. If you're going to strip it, build it, and track it, then yes, by all means buy it no matter the condition.

^ They are all S13s.

The difference would be Silvia, 180sx, or 240sx.

S13 is the Chassis code. The Chassis doesn't change.

from what i get from the sales man is that some old lady traded it in on sunday. i havent been able to pop the hood or get it up on a rack because she has not been funded yet but looks like no rust good car fax report clean title good paint a few leaks

LOL some old lady traded it in Sunday! Ya and pigs fly. If its on a used car lot they most likey got it from a wholesale auction. As for his bullshit line to you. Man for being 34 I am really suprised you would even fall for that. Thats like a ancient try 1950's-60's used car salesmen line. Fuck the beach boys even wrote a song called little old lady from Pasedena talking about the car. hahahhahahha

you should be able to get it cheaper, you're boss is a dick, guaranteed they did not pay that for the trade in, dealership bastards, besides have a mechanic at the shop tell you if it's worth it or not.

no i work for a nissan dealer and i do know what i am doing when it comes to newer cars. but i dont know too much about the 240's. i was always into honda until i started working here:rant2:

its gunna cost about another 2 bills to have it changed to manual from auto.

i was gunna do that with my dd but decided 2 just buy another shell to swap my sr in there. still looking for a shell though

well great you come out of the gate offering no info about where or what you do. YOu have multiple red squares which means you pretty much have made jackass of yourself before. cant find any 5 speeds out here and when i find one from out of town some dumb ass kid has twisted the frame. this is a fuckin small town alot of honda's and srt4's out here and all of the 240's out here were built by some one else so these guys dont know shit about their cars. they just know how to fuck them up. i am new to the scene and dont know prices on alot of this shit.and yes i have techs to look at the car for me i do know what to look for i was asking if it was a good buy at 1100 but i am gonna get it for 500 now. just wanted to know if it was worth it to do the trans swap. but i found a shop in La that will do it.:wackit:

i'm from fresno. IMO a cars worth is really up to the buyer. that car might be worth nothing to some and be worth a lot to others.
p.s my 240 was built by me, not bought.

Run the vin at the DMV website, then if its good, then fucken BUY IT, what are you waiting for??!!
