Engine check light and stuttering?

Well I bought an s13 a week ago and now the engine check like is on. So far the car runs fine but stutters when I push the gas in first gear. It also feels like its making no power ? Any ideas guys ?

See what code it has!!!!!!!!!!! You can hook a scan tool up to it, but it has to be like a snap-on one because it is obd1. There is a manual code read procedure, but I don't remember it.
