obd1 or obd2?
in all actuality.. it really shouldnt matter.
you'll have to swap intake manifolds.
then you can use your old stuff.

I have a 96' Ka but had to cutomize my 91'intake manifold to it so i can use my 91'harness and Ecu which is a small upgrade for the s14motors cause the intake manifold is slightly bigger and i get to redline at 7k istead of 6500 like

I did the same for mine.. You will not need anything on the 95 KA other than the Long Block. Just bolt on your 92 intake and exhaust manifold. Keeping your existing wiring is good for Rom-Tune plus it's External coil. Not to mention no wiring issues. You will need your 92 distributer as well. 95 KA still have the butterflies on the upper intake manifold so there really no benefit using it. This would be a good time on removing all your useless emmisions parts too. Good luck! Do some more search I'm sure a lot people have done this and with different approach and I just made the simplest most practical approach IMHO.

Keep the cams from the 92.
S13 KA cams are better than S14 but unless you plan on rebuilding the head. I dont think its worth the trouble. I'd get it running first though it would be much easier troubleshoot later should you encouter something. GL!
